I moved to Edinburgh from Kent in 2011 to study Painting at Edinburgh College of Art. During this time I started working as a chef and found my passion! I have worked in a variety of establishments over the last eight years; ranging from fine dining restaurants to bakeries.  

I am a self taught pastry chef; honing my skills through following recipes as well as writing my own and of course, making many mistakes!

Since starting my business in September 2020 I have worked tirelessly to develop my own style. I take pride in each and every element of my food, considering combinations of flavours, textures and ingredients obsessively. I am enthusiastic about seasonal Scottish ingredients and supporting other local small businesses where possible.


My formal education in Fine art undoubtedly plays a crucial role in my creative process both in my food as well as in my photography & digital media which is all my own.
